I've been with Cotteswold House Dental Care for many years now and cannot fault the care, efficiency and validation the whole team provide. I recently had a crown fitted and the whole process was so wonderfully simple and stress free, I'm so happy with the results and the confidence it has given me. My dentist Rachel is incredibly skilled at what she does with the ability to make you feel calm and relaxed no matter what the procedure. My children come here too and see an equally lovely dentist, but I'll be forever grateful to Rachel for making their first experience at the dentist a happy one. I never have any trouble getting them there. A great team and a relaxed environment, I would highly recommend. ~ Sarah W

I have been registered with Cotteswold House for over 3 years now (originally referred by my brother Ben), and can honestly say that they are the best dental practise in the area! I recently completed my Invisalign journey, and so grateful that the practise have given me the perfect smile. I have since referred many of my friends and family, as I just think that they’re fantastic! Cotteswold House has the most wonderful, friendly and amazing team - Sharon, Georgia, Jess, Kim, Kate, Steve and all the other lovely staff! I am usually their last appointment of the day, where they’re full of smiles and energy - Its such a joy visiting the wonderful team, thank you for always making me feel so special. I am so happy with my experience at Cotteswold House dental care! I have just finished seeing Dr Addison for Invisilign treatment, and I could not recommend the practice and the treatment enough! It has suprised me how quickly I started to notice a huge change in the appearance of my teeth, within a couple of months I was receiving compliments which has massively boosted my confidence to smile. As well, the practice has such a professional and welcoming atmosphere, and the whole team have been so accommodating about appointments as I work shifts. The whitening treatment was also included which has completely transformed my smile. Thank you to the team at Cotteswold House Dental care, and especially Rachel. Guy Bailey is clearly a very competent and professional dentist. But more than that he communicates clearly, explaining what he is doing in terms I understand, offering options, and adapting his plan where needed. He's chatty and friendly which makes the process easy and stress free. His nurse Georgia makes up a really good team and she shares with Guy an easy manner and engaging personality. I've been a patient at Cotteswold House for a couple of years now, and under Guy for implants for the last few months and I'm thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended. ~ Roger D

My visit to Lynsay at Cotteswold House Dental practice was the most comfortable and professional visit to a dentist in my entire life. Apart from getting the desired cosmetic results, her and her assistant Helen made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout. My bite felt stronger almost instantly and I am actually looking forward to my follow up appointments! Finally I am on the way to that perfect smile we all desire. One of the nicest practices I have been to. I've always been a nervous dental patient, however I walk out of this practice, confident and wondering what there was to worry about. The staff on reception are kind and courteous. Jake is professional and alleviates any worries you may have while the duo Kim and Alison make me smile. They're a dream team together and do anything to make you feel comfortable while also having a giggle. This instantly puts me at ease and mitigates my nerves. Just finished a treatment of Invisalign (with whitening) under the care of Dr Steven Neal. So pleased with the result but equally satisfied with the fantastic service, from a very thorough initial consultation to final follow-up checks on completion. Very helpful and pleasant dental nurses and reception staff. The reception set-up is also reassuringly well-organised for Covid19 protection. I haven't attended the practice for regular dentistry but I can recommended if you are considering Invisalign. ~ L B

I had an appointment with Jess today to talk about having implants, she did this mouth scan that showed up all my teeth, which I thought looked nasty. Didn’t realise how nasty my teeth looked. Anyway she was amazing, she explained everything very clearly and listened to my questions and answered very well. I felt very relaxed and she made me feel very welcome. I have decided I will have a consultation, I called up to book in to see Guy, they are going to call me back with a date. Thank you Jess x ~ Julie W

I have now been here 3 times in quick succession and every time I was bowled over by the care and treatment received. I suffer with high anxiety and have a negligible pain threshold, to the point where my behaviour embarrasses even me. However Matthew was so, so patient, continued to smile (despite threatening him with the possibility of a reactive punch each visit), tolerated my fear and adapted his approach accordingly, explained everything so I understood, saited my curiosity and was generally an incredibly nice person. I want to add, that not once did I actually feel any pain. I’ve just had an extraction and was utterly petrified, but left wanting to hug him and was beaming when I left. I cannot rate this dentist enough to do him the credit he deserves, accompanied by the team of nurses (?) who assist who are also very kind and incredibly smiley whilst having to try and decipher my numb mouth speech that really does not resemble any kind of language at all. I just returned from a consultation to consider having Dental Implants. The Implant surgeon, Jess, a very pleasant friendly young lady, asked me all the appropriate questions about my requirements, carried out a thorough examination of my teeth and gums, including all the required X-rays and will be providing me with a report to cover all my options and the costs involved. I left feeling confident that I would be in safe, expert hands if I decided to let Jess carry out the in Implant procedure. ~ Tom B

I had treatment under Dr Pascoe recently for a broken crown and redo of a poor filling. The whole team was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit me in at short notice and were understanding of my needs. Dr Pascoe’s surgery was very clean, modern and well equipped; she was able to complete the whole treatment plan in one appointment and kept me informed throughout the appointment of what she was doing at the time. I have only been a few times to Cotteswold House now and each time I have come away very satisfied with the treatment given. Reception staff are pleasant and polite and will answer any questions that you may have. Lynsey the dentist is very professional in her approach to her work. She is very reassuring and puts you at ease instantly. Any concerns are always answered. A treatment plan is put in place for the patient benefit. Overall I'm very pleased with Cotteswold House Dental Care. ~ Mark

Very friendly practice, the receptionist I've seen a few times (Scarlet) always greets me with a big smile and is really helpful. The dentists and the dental nurses are all great at putting you at ease and they are very gentle - it's the first dentist I've left without more pain than I walked in there with. If you're someone who finds the dentist a daunting place to visit, I'd highly recommend coming here. Oh, and when you do, get on the annual plan - it's a steal! ~ Miles M

I have always been a very nervous patient, but my dentist Sinead and my hygienist Kim have always made me feel comfortable each visit . Without their extreme care and endless patience, I wouldn't have the great smile that I have today. Both go over and above with each visit. I really don't know what I would do without them. I would also say that all receptionists and dental assistants at the surgery have had a big part to play in my dental journey too. A massive thank you to all. ~ Debbie B

I had to have my wisdom tooth removed, and was dreading it, as I’ve had some really horrible experiences with tooth extraction. But the dentist was very reassuring and through with explaining everything. She numbed my gum , then waited for the gum to be really numb, before extracting the tooth. It all went very smoothly, with very little bleeding. If only all of my previous experiences had been so good. ~ Fern H

I must declare an interest here as I used to work here until I retired 9 years ago. Since then I have watched the place develop but haven't needed any treatment other than routine check ups and hygienist appointments. This year has been different! What a lovely bunch of professionals! Being a nervous patient having had an accident many years ago which required a lot of dentistry I was amazed that I didn't feel in the least bit on edge. I first attended Cotteswold Dental Care on an emergency appointment with a painful broken tooth. Every dentist, nurse, and receptionist I have seen on follow up treatments have been very kind, understanding and friendly, (especially Tom), so putting me at total ease. I won’t lie, I was dreading going back to the dentist after 7 years hiatus following some really shoddy treatment at my old practice. Matthew and the Dental Nurse working with him were a delight and put me right at ease from the start right through the appointment. Anyone who knows me knows how scared I am of the dentist. Today I had a rather large filling and although I can't say it was a pleasurable experience, I was very surprised at how little discomfort there was.
